I love the taste of tea and trying different flavors of tea.  Not everyone likes tea but if you do this is the blog post for you!

The Health Benefits of Tea:

  1. It can reduce the risk of a heart attack.  We might not be to worried about that now, but later in life you will already be in the habit of drinking tea!
  2. Tea is hydrating. Staying hydrated is important. If you are interested in learning more about hydration check out this blog post.
  3. Tea might help protect against sunburn.
  4. It might be beneficial to Type 2 Diabetics and helping them process sugars better.
  5. Green Tea can help improve bone mineral strength.
